Let's talk about the two best culture's making the ultimate children of food. Seoul Taco, a place where you could get the best kind of eats. I ordered a Burrito with bulgogi steak, kimchi fried rice, and the sweet potato waffle fries. Zooweemama, that bulgogi steak burrito was very satisfying after eating it. You won't be full nor hungry after eating. The best way to describe it is just comfortable, there is so much ingredients that nothing is overpowering the other. It's almost like that one scene from Ratatouille, it's an orchestra of flavors. The kimchi fried tastes just like how it sounds...amazing. Then the sweet potato waffle fries are like the best thing to pair with the burrito, and the sauce they give you with it, good lord. It's almost like a chicken sauce, but even better. It's rich, it has some heat, there is just flavor in that sauce. Thank you Seoul Taco.

The burrito was life changing and the Elote quesadilla was also delicious. Great place to go if you're only in town for a short time.

What's not to like. Soul taco is amazing. If you like Korean food and tacos, you will be in pure heaven. If you don't... you will be in pure heaven. Try the kimchi slaw! The tacos are top-tier. A must try when visiting the Delmar Loop.

This place intrigued me. If a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant doesn't entice you, I don't know what will. In terms of vibes, it's very casual. You walk up to the counter, order, and sit down to wait. There is a lot of seating though so I wouldn't worry about not finding a seat. One thing I wanted to note was that the server at the counter was so kind and offered to let us taste the kimchi slaw and kimchi fried rice before we ordered them. That right there is good service and a really nice touch. We ordered 2 gogi bowls with chicken, one with regular rice and one with kimchi fried rice. We also got a cup of Queso and a side of kimchi slaw. It took longer than we thought for the food to come out but it wasn't an atrocious amount of time. Just something to keep in mind, because it wasn't that busy when we were there. Gogi Bowl with chicken: Very good. The egg yolk is perfectly runny, the chicken is super flavorful and a really nice texture, it comes with lots of veggies (which we were craving), and has a Korean inspired sauce in it. You also get a side of gochujang with the bowl but in my opinion, there needs to be more flavor coming from the first sauce or other sauces. But it was still SO good, especially because I added the queso on top of mine to really seal in that Mexican aspect of it, and I highly recommend that. If you want extra spice and flavor, I'd definitely opt for the kimchi fried rice as your base instead of the white rice, but the white rice lets the other flavors shine more so it really is a personal choice. Kimchi Slaw: Highly highly recommend!!! Absolutely delicious. Wasn't super kimchi forward, but as someone who loves slaw and vinegar and Asian flavors, it really hit the spot. A great way to add more flavor to your bowl as well. Queso: Your standard queso, nothing too special, but gave great flavor and added nuance to the very Korean centric bowl. We didn't try the burrito or the tacos but that's something I'd look into next time!!
